The purpose of this website is solely for the promotion and sale of STORRS London printed fabrics.

We use our best endeavours to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate and correct. However, we acknowledge that errors can happen and accuracy of information cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge and accept that there may be occasional errors. As soon as we are made aware of any errors, we will make the necessary corrections as soon as possible. Any corrections will be effective immediately.

STORRS London owns all design rights in the printed fabrics, rights in the nature of design rights throughout the world, and the right to apply for registered design or similar protection conferred by the law of the United Kingdom and all other countries of the world.

No part of the design can be provided to any third party in any material form (including photocopying or photography or storing it on any medium by electronic means) without the written permission of STORRS London.

By supplying goods to you we do not waive any intellectual property rights (including design rights). STORRS London owns the entire copyright of the website www.storrslondon.com. Unless you have written permission from us you may not copy or modify or distribute or create derivative works of any of the images, graphic materials or content on our website.

Fabric/Products

Every attempt is made to ensure entirely accurate representations of our fabrics, but be aware that colours viewed on screen will be affected by the settings of the device on which they are viewed. Please also note that colour differences may occur between different rolls or batches of fabric.

Fabric is priced per metre and multiple quantities will always be cut in one piece unless the Customer has prior notice.

Our minimum order is 1 metre.

All fabric is cut to your specification and as such is non returnable and non refundable (exceptions apply). This does not affect your statutory rights.  

Prices and Availability

All prices quoted on the website are in GBP (UK/British Pounds) and include VAT (Value Added Tax).

The price of your order is in GBP and includes VAT, charged at the rate applicable at the date of the order (currently 20% in the United Kingdom).

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and without prior notice.

Availability of products and services on our website are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to remove any products without prior notice.

Please note that customers will not be charged VAT for orders delivered outside the UK, but orders may be subject to local taxes and tariffs.

VAT will be refunded at check out and will only apply to fabric ordered, not the delivery charge which does not attract VAT.

Customers paying with foreign bank or credit cards will pay in the local currency of the country the card is registered in. Currency conversion rates change all the time and so it is important that you check the indicative currency conversation rate at the time of purchase.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the price of the Goods. All delivery charges are calculated by weight as per our delivery charge schedule.

Warranties

The description of the Goods on our website do not form part of the contract of sale between you and us. We give no warranty (and exclude any warranty, term or condition that would

otherwise be implied) as to the quality of goods or their fitness for purpose. We are not liable for any damage to the Goods arising from fair wear and tear or misuse. We are not liable for any

damage to the Goods if you fail to follow our instructions regarding cleaning or washing of the Goods. We are not liable for any other loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss,

financial loss, loss of profits or loss of use) arising from the contract of sale or the supply of the Goods or their use. IN any event, our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not

exceed the invoice value of the Goods. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Duties and Taxes

For orders billed and delivered to countries outside of the UK you might be liable for import taxes and duties. All import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you do not pay duties and taxes that are due at the point of import or do not accept orders that you have purchased from us in each case resulting in the fabrics being returned or needing to

be returned to us then you will be liable for the return delivery costs.

Contract of Sale

When you are at the checkout stage and have completed your details and have chosen the fabric you wish to purchase and then clicked to confirm the order, you are offering to purchase at the price shown subject to our terms and conditions stated.

We will send you an email to confirm your order once payment for the goods has been confirmed by our third party payment processor.

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is completed when we send you a confirmation of the dispatch of your order by email.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order and your payment has already been taken, we will refund you as soon as possible and contact you by email confirm the refund.

Ownership of the product(s) you order will pass to you once we have dispatched the Goods.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards and use a third party payment processor, Stripe to process all card payments. If you make a credit or debit card payment to purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is held by Stripe who specialise in the secure capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions and are fully PCI-DSS compliant.

If you prefer to make payments by cheque we are happy to accept orders in the post accompanied by a cheque.

Refunds and Returns

Every fabric length is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that there is no damage or faults.

It is not possible to return or exchange fabrics that have been ordered and cut to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights (exceptions apply).

On the occasion where we accept to refund, for example if the fabric is faulty, the returned items must be sent back at your expense.

You should inform us within 14 days of receipt of an order if you consider the fabric to be faulty. We cannot accept any returns after this time.

The purchaser remains responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us. All packages should be sent by traceable delivery means and be insured for the full value of the returned items.

STORRS London cannot be responsible for any lost or uninsured returned orders. Any returns should be sent to our Head Office:
